Achieved top sales in Kotak Life's Single Premium Immediate Annuity Plan and led the highest topline volume in the Alternate Channel for three years garnering 236cr, 150cr and 122cr APE respectively. With 19 years in BFSI sector, I am a top regional contributor, leading Pan India teams and focusing on sales & distribution. Recognized for driving strategy, resilience and innovation. Overcoming personal challenges, I survived the 2006 Mumbai train blast, returned to work in 3 months, surpassed KRAs, strengthened CAB partner relationships and earned a promotion the same year. I have led Kotak Life's Bancassurance solicitations to 331 outlets across Mumbai & Delhi, achieved record breaking sales, reducing turnaround times by 10% and enhancing customer satisfaction. Increased throughput by inter departmental process enhancements in NOP to the tune of 9% just in 6 months.
