About Bailee Jetton

I am a rising 3L at the University of Georgia School of Law. I am a member of the Georgia Journal of Intellectual Property Law editorial board. My note entitled "The Art That Makes the AI Artist: AI's as a Copyright Infringer and its Future Under a License Requirement" was published in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law in March 2025. I have two summers of experience as an in-house counsel legal intern and maintained this position during my 1L year. In the summer of 2024, I began an internship as law clerk for NowackHoward in Atlanta. I earned a B.S. in Literature, Media, & Communications with a concentration in media and communications from the Georgia Institute of Technology. I have experience in analytical, creative, journalistic, and technical writing. My skills involve proficiency in Adobe Creative applications and Microsoft software. I am LexisNexis Proficiency and Practice-ready certified in legal research. Additionally, I am skilled in limited-working Spanish and have experience translating legal documents.
