About Bailee Moore

As the Business Development Manager at Home Instead, I have the privilege of connecting families with the compassionate support their loved ones need—and helping our community’s most vulnerable age with dignity. I work closely with senior care professionals—including senior living facilities, placement agents, fiduciaries, elder law attorneys, and community organizations—to build trusted partnerships that support this mission.I'm a firm believer that it takes a village to care for a senior, and I’m fortunate to serve and support as many of those “villages” as possible. My professional path has been anything but traditional, with a background spanning media, advertising, and education. This eclectic experience has made me a creative communicator, strategic thinker, and above all—a relationship builder. I bring heart and humanity to every interaction, whether collaborating with seniors, caregivers, or other industry professionals. Known as a “people person” in both my personal and professional life, I thrive in roles where I can connect, collaborate, and care. I'm passionate about making a meaningful impact and believe that strong, authentic relationships are the foundation of great work.Let’s connect—I’m always open to new connections and ideas to better serve our elders.
