About Bailey Ackerman

It’s been a long road to Phoenix Arizona, but I couldn’t be more thankful for the people I’ve met and the places I’ve worked. My current stop is with Master Electronics and I have the privilege of being a Product Manager and now Product Manager Assist Supervisor. After proposing a plan to improve our team I was asked to take on supervising the Product Manager Assistants. I am thrilled to add this to my title! At Master Electronics they encourage people to take ownership in their role, this is what speaks to me. Everyday things look different, but it always involves problem solving. I never thought I would be in the distribution business, but I’ve learned so much and want to continue to grow with the Master Team! When I’m not with my work family I love spending time with my friends and family I’ve made here. I’m dedicated to my Church family and love volunteering and working with kids. I frequently babysit for family and every Sunday work in the Children’s ministry. We only get one life and it’s short; so find somewhere that you love to work and find people who inspire you to be better!
