Strong, independent, and excited to make my mark on a successful and growing team. 5+ years of experience in the finance department of a growing 3rd party freight brokerage and technology company where I worked a variety of positions that ranged from auditing carrier invoices to supervising a team of 28 to indepth transportation management financial analysis. Well recognized by me peers which includes a recent employee of the year award for my dedication to business success during the challenges of 2020. I am well versed in being responsible for the development, maintenance, and reporting of performance metrics files for a diverse group of stakeholders. These are used by leadership to make strategic decisions and presented in Board of Director meetings. Focus on Lean processes and continuous improvements while being adaptable and agile to business needs have been my primary goal in my current position.
