With over 6 years in dentistry, I've held diverse roles such as lead dental assistant, treatment plan coordinator, office manager, and front desk receptionist. My background includes managing dental lab cases, inventory, and reception duties across VA Hospital, corporate, and private settings. Transitioning from dentistry to operations and logistics, I bring transferable skills in problem-solving, task delegation, and customer service. Known for quickly learning new software and thriving in fast-paced environments, I’m adept at taking initiative and building connections within teams with a fun and supportive approach. In my current role at UPS, I am passionate about creating a supportive workplace culture, advocating for employees, and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
