I graduated from Westmont College in 2020 with a BA in English Language and Literature, and I have honed my editing and writing skills by reviewing letters that go out to borrowers in my capacity as a Print Production Manager at Rushmore Loan Management and by working as a co-editor-in-chief of the college's annual literary and arts publication, the Phoenix. In my most recent role, I monitored print production jobs for daily review and release via Broadridge Content Manager to ensure that communications are sent to borrowers in a timely manner. I also collaborated with other departments to resolve any issues or errors that may arise during the print process. I value attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency in my work, and I enjoy learning new technologies and systems. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, most notably through my passion for literature and arts.
