About Bailey Beauchamp

A good leader inspires people to have confidence in the leader, a great leader inspires people to have confidence in themselves." Eleanor Roosevelt in one simple sentence laid out the foundation to teach others to be great leaders, something I live by professionally and personally. I have had great leaders in my life, who have instilled in me a drive to leave a lasting impact no matter where I am. Those skills I learned from watching incredible leaders fueled my own passions. Studying abroad in Europe, mission trips to Haiti, internships, and student organizations are just a few experiences that have taught me skills that have become apart of my identity. I enjoy public speaking, exceeding goals, building leaders, challenging myself to learn, and creating innovative solutions. Those passions are what keep me inspired to continually find solutions that serves Bayer's mission of "Health for all, hunger for none". A statement I strongly stand behind, am proud to be a part of and hope to be a part of the lasting impact it will have. As an American who was on a short-term assignment in Germany I am able to have a broad understanding of our global business and promote collaboration across regions.
