About Bailey Britt

Marine Corps veteran turned Outside Sales Rep, now supporting industrial crews, contractors, utilities, and more across Tennessee, North Alabama, and into Kentucky with rigging, lifting, and fall protection solutions. My background includes private security contracting, military service, and management, where I learned to lead, adapt, and problem-solve in high-pressure environments — skills I bring to every jobsite and customer conversation. At I&I Sling, I work directly with teams in power generation, manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, and military sectors — providing custom sling fabrication, engineered lifting gear, fall protection systems, and onsite support. All of our products are built and tested in-house, with no outsourcing or off-brand gear.Focused on growing our territory by showing up, solving problems, and becoming a trusted partner to crews handling heavy, critical, and complex lifts across the Southeast.
