With a degree in business administration with a focus on organizational studies, I am currently working as a Senior Manager of client and talent engagement at TDS Personnel, a leading recruitment agency in Toronto and the GTA. In my current role, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing the highest caliber candidates for permanent, temporary, and contract positions across various industries and sectors. I also manage client portfolios and ensure that their needs and expectations are met with exceptional service and ingenuity.
