About Bailey Devine

Clinical work: Throughout my work experience I have helped children, teens and adults, both with and without disabilities, create and maintain behavior change before moving into more supervisory positions. I currently serve as President of a 501c3 that I incorporated to serve the needs of individuals in my community who may not have Autism diagnosis or insurance coverage. This often involves providing transition services for children coming out of intensive in-patient placements, or for families who are trying to avoid those placements. Research: During graduate school, I gained experience with basic research before eventually honing my skills and interest in applied and translational work with a special emphasis in verbal behavior. I am currently working on a few projects regarding intraverbal behavior in children with ASD and alternative communication devices for children with disabilities. Teaching: I have thoroughly enjoyed teaching in psychology, behavior analysis, and teacher instruction coursework at the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as providing supervision and mentorship toward practica, internships and BCBA supervision requirements. In my limited free time, I like to apply behavior analysis to my hobbies including coaching springboard diving and training animals. I am an avid foster dog mom for a few rescue groups and apply my skills to help decrease anxiety related problem behavior in my furry friends.
