About Bailey Dickerson

I have always had an innate passion for helping others, this inevitably drew me to the healthcare field. In my experience working in orthopedic trauma surgery, I was truly humbled. I saw first hand the consequences of patients not being able to get the care they needed, and this sometimes led to extreme measures having to be taken. I've always believed there should be a better system, with more access to preventive & holistic care as an option. This is why I joined Shephard Group. As a Clinical Practice Consultant with Shephard Group Healthcare Partners I enjoy working with chiropractors and primary care physicians to deliver turn-key protocols that allow for an integrative approach to treat many chronic debilitating diseases. These include: TBI, Diabetes, Chronic Pain, Arthritis, Cognitive Decline, and more. We have helped many patients finally get an answer and relief. We also are able to integrate new medical billing solutions, lab services, and help with marketing. This allows smaller practices to grow, and take some of the weight off of physicians. It brings me much joy knowing that I can make an impact in the lives of others and it's something I will always be grateful for.
