About Bailey Duller
Prior to moving my practice to BSLSC, I had the privilege of working with one of Canada’s top family law litigators where I gained trial and appellate experience on high-conflict cases. My practice includes both complex financial and parenting issues. I am a former articling student and staff lawyer at the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic (BSCC) where I provided advice and representation to women survivors of violence and engaged in law reform, including an intervention at the Supreme Court of Canada. I am proud to serve clients with a trauma-informed approach and to handle matters involving domestic violence with the care and attention they deserve. I am currently expanding my practice to include collaborative family law and I look forward to bringing a child-focused approach to achieving negotiated settlements for clients in a cost-effective manner.
