Hey, there! As part of the Transfer Center team at Ball State University, I am passionate about helping students uncover their potential and discover their path to success. With a love for guiding transfer and first-generation students, I combine exceptional communication skills to ensure every student feels supported and empowered. My mission is simple: to create opportunities that help students unlock their true potential and seize all that higher education has to offer. As a doctoral candidate in higher education, my research explores how institutional practices like credit evaluation, curriculum alignment, and student engagement impact student success. By bridging research and practice, I’m committed to making higher education more accessible for our students. I believe students hold the key to our future, and with the right mentors by their side, they have the power to create lasting change!
