About Bailey Ensman

As a Motorclothes Associate at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, I apply my passion for fashion and customer service to create memorable experiences for motorcycle enthusiasts. I assist customers with selecting and fitting apparel and accessories, as well as managing inventory and merchandising displays. I also leverage my skills in retail data analytics to optimize sales and customer satisfaction, using tools such as Google Analytics and Digital Marketing.I graduated from East Carolina University with a BS in Fashion Merchandising and Consumer Studies and a minor in Business Administration and Management in May 2023. I gained valuable experience as a Sales Associate and a Visual Merchandising Intern at Altar'd State, where I helped create and execute innovative window displays, floor sets, and wall set-ups, as well as receiving and processing new shipments. I am currently pursuing a Retail Consumer Data Analytics Graduate Certificate and MS in Retail Studies at the University of North Carolina Greensboro, where I am learning how to use data-driven insights to enhance retail performance and strategy. My goal is to combine my love for fashion and data to create impactful and sustainable solutions for the retail industry.
