Through Reed's support, I have been able to- Create a successful e-commerce website for Reed's that is constantly scaling- Increase their online presence by scaling their business listings, SEO, Social Media Strategy, Email Marketing, and Google/Facebook marketing- Implemented, with the help of amazing leaders and teams, improvements to current data collection and analysis- Implemented data migration and stabilized retail data for use between Reed's physical stores and online store-Reverse engineer problems and translate them into online solutions that benefit both the online Reed's store, as well as the physical stores. At Thrive Marketing Agency, I was given the opportunity to create a systemic approach to the current processes used by- Implementing a data management system that universally keeps all relevant information together for better understanding and transparency across teams- Learned how to sustainably manage 20+ websites while, with the help of a great team, increase Thrive's base toolkit of digital advertisement and endorsement.
