I have a degree in accounting from the University of St. Thomas, where I was also a dedicated college athlete. My background in athletics has taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and teamwork, skills that have served me well in my career at major retailers such as Old Navy and Target. In my current role at Nike, I have excelled in building relationships and learning the business quickly which has allowed me to become a top performer in merchandise planning. I have also taken on new responsibilities in merchandising analytics, where I have become a business lead in inventory allocation. I am a natural leader with a passion for merchandising and a track record of delivering results. In addition to my expertise in merchandise planning and inventory management, I am also skilled in team development and have a strong ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
