I AM WORKING TO HELP CHANGE A CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY STANDARD with a product that simplifies steel-to-concrete connections. EM-BOLT boltable embed plates offer solutions to recurring construction design and installation challenges, such as thermally broken steel-to-concrete connections. As the Business Operations Manager at EM-BOLT, I am really excited to see the this new company take off, and for our boltable embed plates to become accepted and welcomed into the construction industry. I'm determined to overcome upcoming challenges, and am anxious to grow alongside EM-BOLT. Jumping on board with EM-BOLT was a little intimidating at first, to be honest, but to be involved in helping launch a new business from the very beginning brings with it a huge sense of pride! Shortly after joining the EM-BOLT team, my uneasiness faded as I realized just how revolutionary a boltable embed plate is. It is already changing how steel-to-concrete connections are made locally, and has recently begun to gain interest on a national level. With every connection we've made so far- no pun intended - EM-BOLT has taken another positive turn on a very unpredicted path. It will be very interesting to see where it will all end up!
