As a passionate and dedicated educator, I am thrilled to embark on my journey as a first-year first-grade teacher at Colorado International Language Academy. With a strong foundation in classroom management and student engagement, my goal is to create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment where young minds can thrive. Before stepping into my current teaching role, I gained invaluable experience as a teaching assistant at Colorado Springs Charter Academy. In this position, I worked closely with lead teachers to deliver differentiated instruction, support diverse learning needs, and foster a positive classroom culture. These experiences deepened my understanding of effective teaching strategies and strengthened my commitment to empowering students through education. My professional background also includes administrative roles in unrelated fields, where I developed skills in organization, communication, and problem-solving that seamlessly transfer to my work as an educator. These experiences have shaped my ability to multitask, collaborate, and adapt to new challenges with confidence. I am passionate about nurturing a love for learning in my students and helping them develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed academically and personally.
