As an experienced leader, I acted as a main point of contact between the branch and the wider organization, including senior leaders, operations teams, and various business partners. I worked in a collaborative manner to ensure action plans were thoroughly researched, defined, and clearly communicated to all stakeholders. This required acute attention to details, managing multiple schedules, and being proactive to avert potential issues. I directly lead a team of over fifteen reports as a Manager of Customer Service. The duties entailed daily coaching, performance improvement process, payroll via People Soft, and scheduling within a constrained budget environment. In addition, I was accountable to balance the internal accounts and ledgers to comply against established procedures and policies. The branch’s financial records were required to be both accurate and complete, as to stand to the scrutiny of frequent reviews; successfully leading my team to pass seven audits and operational risk visits.
