About Bailey North

I am a newly licensed attorney, having recently passed the Florida Bar Exam and received my JD from Florida A&M University College of Law. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Originally desiring to attend medical school, I majored in biology and chemistry with a minor in child development at Florida State University before changing my career path and ultimately deciding to pursue a law degree. My research and career interests lie at the nexus between the medical field and the legal system. This past summer I had the opportunity to assist a professor on a research project for a forthcoming medical sociology casebook. I edited, proofread and conducted research related to the development of informed consent laws and the impact on vulnerable populations. Having been born and raised in the Sarasota, FL area, I recently returned back to my hometown. I am looking for exciting opportunities in the legal field in the Sarasota or Tampa area and would love to connect with you.
