With years of experience developing management and cost-saving practices and guiding the strategic direction of many organizations, Bailey knows how to bring out the best in her teams and clients to help them achieve their goals. We provide feedback whenever we can because our mission is simple, it is to execute yours. Bailey has personally led and executed 100+ events in her career, and supervised 500+ events. She has expertise in annual budgeting for associations and developing cost-saving strategies for clients. She also has experience in developing and implementing critical paths as well as crafting organizational policies and procedures. Bailey has been responsible for human capital management including recruitment, on-boarding, training, development and retention. Bailey currently serves on the program advisory committee for George Brown College’s Special Events Program and is on the Editorial Board of M+IT Magazine, a popular industry publication. In 2016, Bailey was a finalist for the Momentum Mompreneur® Award and a finalist in the Emerging Leader category of the Canadian Event Industry Awards. In 2014, Bailey was named a Finalist in two prestigious Meeting + Incentive Travel’s Hall of Fame Award categories: Industry Rising Star and Industry Mentor.
