Hi, I'm Bailey! I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and a Master of Public Health in Health Management and Policy. I enjoy exploring policy as a tool to shape healthier, stronger communities through evidence-based solutions. My experience spans multiple sectors, from workforce development to social and public health, giving me a broad perspective on how issues intersect, and how we can build comprehensive, lasting solutions. I enjoy tackling challenges through research and data analysis, translating insights into effective policy I thrive in roles that require strategic, analytical thinking and believe the most effective policies are developed through cross-sector collaboration, emphasizing cultural competence and understanding of human behavior to ensure programs are tailored to the unique needs of a community. At the core of my work is the belief that good policy has the power to drive meaningful, long-term change. I currently work as a Policy Analyst within the Council of State Government's Center of Innovation, focusing on workforce development policy.
