About Bailey Sesma

I am currently attending Arizona State University pursuing a major in Psychology and a minor in Family and Human Development. I have a passion for working with and helping children, especially those who are at risk. After graduating with my Bachelor's degree, I plan to continue on with my education and get a Master's Degree in Child Development. I have experience working with children from being an intern at Homeward Bound AZ working in their daycare center with children 3-5 years of age. I have taken coursework in Child Development, Social Psychology, Introduction to Parenting, Marriage/Family Relationships, and many others that has helped me to better understand the minds of children and how to work with them. My strongest skills are communication, active listening, being able to work in a team, and problem solving.
