About Bailey Trammell

As an instructor of psychology at Northwestern Oklahoma State University (NWOSU), I am passionate about educating and mentoring the next generation of counseling professionals. I teach a variety of courses, from performance psychology to individual counseling, for both undergraduate and graduate students, using engaging lectures, supplemental curriculum, and assessments. I also serve as a committee member for several graduate committees and advise psychology majors on their academic and career goals. I bring to the classroom my extensive background and credentials in counseling, student affairs, and administration. I am a licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S) in Oklahoma, with over 8 years of experience in providing clinical therapy, crisis intervention, Title IX compliance, and career counseling for diverse groups of students and clients. I am also a current PhD candidate in general psychology at Northcentral University. My future accomplishment is to complete my dissertation by fall of 2025.
