Passionate mental health services professional with over 3 years of progressive leadership experience in clinical and residential program management. I am pursuing a graduate degree in Addiction Studies to obtain a license in Alcohol and Drug Counseling. Currently, I am serving as an Assistant Clinical & Residential Program Manager at Ability Beyond, where I combine my psychology background with hands-on expertise to support individuals in their recovery and skill development journey. My career is built on a foundation of compassionate care and collaborative support. I assist in facilitating therapeutic support groups, coordinating comprehensive interdisciplinary care, and developing person-centered treatment plans that empower individuals to achieve their goals in ADLs, symptom management, and community participation. My experience spans from direct personal care assistance to program management, giving me a unique perspective on the full continuum of care.
