Fitness enthusiast turned physical therapist! My career in health and fitness began at Texas A&M where I studied Kinesiology while also teaching fitness classes like strength training and kickboxing. I graduated from University of St. Augustine with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and began my career at Austin Sports Medicine. My love for sports and rehabilitation grew from working with various athletes and injured from young players to high school and collegiate athletes. I am currently undergoing a Fellowship program with the Institute of Athletic Regeneration (IAR) in hopes to expand my knowledge of sports and rehab in order help athletes continue what they love to do.
