About Bailey Wilson

My name is Bailey Wilson and I recently completed my bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Management as well as a concentration in Real Estate- Currently working as a server and food expeditor in the world of food and beverage- I spent a weekend at Furman University tackling the HOBY seminar. This was a leadership seminar that taught students the key skills to becoming an excellent leader- I have opened and closed stores, counted cash trays, made daily deposits, as well trained new employees. I have maintained a clean, organized inventory and curated displays of rotating seasonal clothing and accessories. I have anticipated customer needs and provided them with high quality service while upholding brand standards and values to ensure customer satisfaction. I have happily guided customers through the process of successfully finding their ideal styles. I have meticulously handled POS system transactions including credit, cash, exchanges, and returns to ensure seamless and accurate cash flow. And lastly, I have actively stayed informed about the latest sales offerings and loyalty programs- I had the AWESOME opportunity to participate in the Urban Land Institute’s, Urban Development Plan project. This project was to help students understand the different roles a development team has and how we needed to use these roles to complete a city development plan. My team of four competed among fellow students in the Charleston City Hall and we won! My development team proposed an excellent city development plan and we were able to explain and answer any questions about our plan- I worked as an intern with Taylor & Team Properties at Keller Williams, who later branched out to become their own brokerage.I am in Charleston, South Carolina now and I am interested in job opportunities and internships.
