I am a passionate health and wellness professional with a background in medical anthropology, personal training, and healthcare research. My academic journey focused on structural inequities in healthcare access, and I’ve supplemented that with coursework in biology, chemistry, and human physiology, giving me a strong foundation in both scientific and social aspects of health. As a personal trainer and health coach, I believe in a holistic approach to wellness—one that considers not only fitness but also lifestyle, accessibility, and individualized care.
