About Bailey Ziemski

I started in the customer service industry/food service in 2014. I derive my greatest satisfaction by helping customers receive what they desire. My performance develops from being detail-orientated, a strong leader, responsible, and goal-orientated. I am looking to pursue a job in the business management or business administration field. I graduated from Bemidji State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. I graduated from Itasca Community College with an Associate's of Science degree in Business Administration. I graduated with a 3.7 GPA in May of 2017. During school, I have worked at Papa Murphy's 30+ hours a week. I also worked 50+ hours a week during the summer at Papa Murphy's and Bottles and Brews while taking summer classes. I know I am good at being a leader because at Papa Murphy's I started as a Crew Member in April of 2015, then promoted to a Shift Leader in June of 2015, promoted to an Assistant Manager in June of 2017, and promoted to General Manager in February of 2018. I also know I am good at what I do because I was asked to help out at other Papa Murphy's stores. I have implemented new systems for stores to cut down their waste, I have created a new system of how a store plans their preparation daily, and I have trained new employees. Skills include management skills, inventory management, Microsoft Excel, staff training, operating cash registers and balancing the tills, and exceptional cleanliness.
