About Bakul Hossen

Responsible to make the policy and execute entire non-academic operation of the university. Looking after campus administration and maintenance. Maintains direct contact with the chief of residential campus & other top management concern to share the administrative policy, getting approval and providing assistance to campus operational activities. Preparing design and budget for the expansion/new inclusions of the facility like the Computer Lab, Student & Teachers lobby, Multipurpose Hall, Indoor gaming area, Cafeteria, Prayer rooms and Office area and its smooth service and facilities. Procurement and purchase goods and equipment’s as the member of different purchase committee. Maintains liaison with different government office. Preparing annual report of non-academic and submit to the UGC. Attending students’ and guardians queries. Supervise the activities of junior officers, peons, cleaners and security guards. Providing logistic support to faculty members, program directors and the dean. Look after student discipline inside the campus. Providing logistic support to arrange seminars, meetings, student activities and different mega events like convocation & international conferences. Arranging academic council meeting, foreign collaboration meeting and MoU signing programs. Look after the transport schedule and maintenance. Dealing with different vendors.
