Also, I used to drive continuous improvements in developing offerings based on customer experience requirements using best practices in ServiceNow implementations. • My Duties and Responsibilities as a SNOW Developer o Successfully plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. o Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development. o Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow. o Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets. o Answer “how-to” technical and application configuration questions. o Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose to certify all applications for use after the upgrade completes. • 12 years of experience in PHP Programming, Perl programming, UI Development, and integration (HTML4/5, Java-script, AJAX, CSS, CSS3, JQUERY, Angular, Bootstrap CSS Framework, Angular UI Design) skills and back-end technologies like Core PHP 4 to PHP 7.2, PHP frameworks like CodeIgniter 3.0, Magento1.9 and PERL and Python technologies. • Domain expertise lies in Web Development on OPEN-Source Technologies and working as part of E-commerce Application Development on LAMP/WAMP technologies, Object-oriented Programming & Database design concepts. • Successful in understanding different programming languages and skills to solve problems in coding, testing, and deployment with knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures, and various compatibility requirements with experience in troubleshooting, software development processes, and skills to understand and implement client requirements.
