ACHIVEMENTS o Awarded as quarter of employee for the year 2022 cost saving to the company 20 lakhs per annum. o 2 -New design patterned done for the company for new products. o Export project - Cost saving done for outsourcing products (handles) by replacing my own design of 3 handles done in our in-house by saving 50k per annum to company. o Individually Projects done for Ikea, HORWOOD, Judge & LIDL Customers. Reverse engineering process will be playing as major activities for Existing & new products. Utilized initial design team concepts to generate detailed CAD drawings. Vendor developments activities to maintain the on time delivery of the projects & proto types with good quality of products for respective projects. To prepare appliance, Pressure cookers & cookware’s models of 2D drawings in cad and also same of 3D modeling in Solid works. I Initiate & by making the Proto Type models & Trail purpose for developing the new products. As per the customer requirement will make the tentative spec for the costing purpose. Prepare the Cartons of (Individual, supports/inserts & Master) drawings for packaging purposes. To prepare packing Inserts & supports in packaging for the products to avoid damages while handling/shipping. Prepare the proper specification, BOM for the respective products & send for the production department. Design change, verification, validation and Inspection Gauge Design. Closing of Engg. Change Note for under development projects. Ability to transform customer requirements into a product development. Evaluated design reviews and ensured that were in accordance to Design of Manufacturability standards. Monitoring the new product design and development in production operations. Interaction with material suppliers & vendors to compete design requirements. Prepare the BOM for packaging. Assessed product packaging to prevent shipping damages.
