Balakrishna Melaka is a versatile Leader with 18+ years of strategically developed experience across medical products lifecycle i.e, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Manufacturing Design Transfer, Service Operations and Service & Digital commercial Strategy with exposure to different geographies and cultural settings (India, Europe, China and ASEAN) which includes People Leadership experience leading multi-cultural teams enabling optimal performance through strong advocacy to DEI. My professional experience has taught me to be customer-centric. Every assignment I undertake, I define the objective of keeping the customer at the centre. And I am a strong believer in teamwork and as a leader, I always put the team and organization first before my personal objectives.
