With over 28 years of experience in the software industry, I am a seasoned and versatile leader who can manage complex and diverse projects with agility and efficiency. My field of expertise is in release management, project management & program management. I have successfully overseen product implementation for multiple products for various clients across different domains. I am currently the Director - Implementation at interface.ai, a leading provider of intelligent virtual assistants for banks and credit unions. As Director, I am responsible for overseeing the offshore professional services team of interface.ai, which handles all product implementations for all interface customers. I also work closely with the onsite team and the clients to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the products and services. I leverage my skills in Java, C, C++, Oracle, project management, program management and agile methodologies to lead and mentor the team, and to solve any operational challenges that may arise. I am passionate about creating innovative and user-friendly solutions that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction.
