A professional career with 30 years of experience in finance, in the latest years performing activities in executive positions in multinational and Brazilian companies. Major professional experience in leading activities in the areas of Controlleing, Treasury, Financial Planning, HR, Management Systems (SIGA, SixSigma), Project Management, SOX, Internal Services and Information Technology; • Board experience in economic and financial planning, encompassing budget elaboration and operational planning, definition of scenarios and estimate of results, analyses of variations, development of economic studies, investment project assessment and financial support for decision making; • Mastery of financial and accounting matters as per the Brazilian and North-American principles, conversion of statements into foreign currency and reports in IFRS and USGAAP. Skillful in the presentation of financial results and in relations with shareholders, investors and capital market analysts; • Strong performance in treasury, being responsible for the financial administration activities (cash management, accounts payable and receivable, credit and risk analysis), development of projects for fund raising, structured operations and relations with the financial institutions, transactions at the BM & F such as Derivatives, Commodities and Hedges; • Expertise in the management of data processing corporate functions and in the administration of information systems.
