About Balint Kupcsulik

I am experienced on building, developing and leading teams on upstream and downstream process development, scale-up, process design and technology transfer processes on the field of veterinary vaccines with process experience on bacterial, yeast, fungi, cell culture and virus production techniques and on the related analytical methods. As program manager for international site to site transfer projects, or as lead contributor for the planning and realization of technology/analytical transfer processes, my team completed (or is close to completion) of industrialization 20+ vaccine products. During my work, agile project management tools, process optimization and improvement practices, quality by design, statistical experimental design methods greatly contributed to the successes. Participated in several due diligence processes representing the production technology/process part in France, Germany, Turkey, South America and Asia. Working experience in GMP, and according to ICH and USDA guidelines. Long lasting experience in international multicultural working ambient and multisite projects (France, Germany, Hungary, USA, China, Brazil). Honorary lecturer at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
