About Balkaran Bains

Balkaran is a diligent Civil EIT with proficient experience in stormwater management, grading and associated earthworks, asphalt pavement, road geometric, sanitary sewer, and civil site development design. He is pursuing his P.Eng designation in the coming months. He has a high attention to detail while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Balkaran has proficient knowledge with the latest versions of Civil3D and AutoCAD which is utilized in all his project works. Balkaran has global experience in a wide range of multi-disciplinary engineering projects ranging from residential, commercial, industrial, municipal transit, infrastructure, mining, and nuclear projects. He has been responsible for the preparation of contract drawings, detail design of storm and sanitary sewers, road pavement thickness/geometric design, hydraulic capacity analysis of storm and sanitary sewer systems, and the preparation of site servicing and stormwater management reports. This experience has made him knowledgeable with design requirements and standards in a multitude of regions.
