Skilled in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, and Training. Strong administrative professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) & Polytechnic UI graduated in 1996. Good experience in SMK3 from the first setting up to My purpose is to ensure all Unilever’s employees return home safe every day, without any lost by accident. Where all employees understand what "prevention" is and embedded in every single activity, not rely to word "lucky" instead. Also all employees carry out activities in proper steps: think, learn, and act where they always think the risks, learn to mitigate the risk then act safely, instead doing activities without thinking the risk and without learning to mitigate them where they might have an accident and take a lesson learn then. This job also stimulates me to put safety as priority Aside zero accident target as my responsibility, where personally I have to show my behavior in safe way at office, at home and wherever I may go, so this makes me always have to be a role model in terms of safety, as you know this is a very difficult for me but I insist myself to do this because of I know this is a very good to me and my family from now and my future. Along my journey in safety, the sincerity of every act of kindness to remind others also hopefully I might have the coffers of rewards from God. A heart-to-heart approach to employees is very important to me, and hopefully they also follow me to put safety as priority from their heart, not just follow or obey the rules instead. The key is sincerity and patience all the time where for building the culture of good safety behavior is not like turning your palms, I always discuss the accident can be prevented and kept in their minds instead of relying on the words of luck and fate that is still there that I found it in field. I also provide training material of road safety for Unilever 3P as part of company safety program. Last but not least Punishment & Reward Recognition program implemented regularly to raise the bar of employee motivation hopefully they do more discipline and raising the safety awareness.
