About Bamma Elshaddai

From my previous experience in Indofood, i learn to independently trigger improvement programs with persistence which could increase efficiency and effectivity of current workflow. In only three weeks after i was placed in the factory, i had to propose my project plan and present it in front of Board of Directors. I manage to persuade them to implement my idea in the factory and thereby creating Standard Level Agreement and a system workflow. As a Product Specialist Marketing in PT. Saba Indomedika. I learned to work in details, arrange an event, approaching Analysts, Doctors, and Key Opinion Leaders. I was trusted to handle products of our primary principles, Sysmex. I was chosen to lead multiple events and becoming the Person In Charge in many Booth Exhibitions and Seminars. I am experienced in conduct training for sales persons, creating marketing plans and programs, and educate customers to solve problems or to increase the utilization of our products.
