I currently work at Civic Hotel, Autograph Collection as a Guest Experience Supervisor. Here at Civic Hotel, I am responsible for ensuring that my team and I provide excellent service to our guests from the moment they enter the building until they return their keys and check out. That includes handling check ins and check outs, acknowledging guest requests and needs, and resolving guests issues efficiently. I have gained experience in the Hospitality industry and have developed excellent working relationships with the Hotel team and also, some frequent guests.My passion is all about ensuring that guests have a wonderful and memorable experience at the Hotel and therefore always looking for solutions and answers for any situation. I believe that it is always worth going “the extra mile” for guests because it makes a difference, especially in these difficult times we are going through; and if they don’t acknowledge my effort, I know that I have done the right thing and that affects me in a positive way.
