Responsibilities as HRBP : • Conduct one-on-one interactions with employees on a day-to-day basis to understand their satisfaction levels, assess areas of dissatisfaction, mentor them in case of grievances, provide them with adequate information on benefits program and build confidence in the system. • Act as a catalyst for any changes in policies/procedures that have to be communicated to the employees • Scheduling and follow-up for training programs based on Business requirements. • Creating and completing personnel action forms for all hires, title changes, and terminations. • Conducting exit interviews and verifying that employment termination paperwork was completed. • Addressing all employee harassment allegations, work complaints, and other concerns.
