About Banjo Olsen

I work with Donnabrook as the customer experience manager. We assist and support our clients in using two cloud services: Cloud telephony (UCaaS) for contact centres and/or hybrid/mobile workforces, helping them assess, select, integrate, and fully utilise the right leading global providers. Remote visual guidance: we help organisations with faster resolutions and first-time fix rates by enabling their customer service with commercial-grade remote visual guidance. This helps clients transform CX to the next level. Donnabrook nationally distributes the leading platform TechSee to deliver this value. I enjoy helping my clients get full value from these services, taking ownership and accountability for any support requirements to lift their delivery of CX to their customers. I am currently enrolled at the University of Newcastle completing a bachelor of business. I am balancing my studies with direct work experience and my sporting activities, namely ultimate frisbee.
