I am a highly capable software architect and designer with strong skill-sets in distributed real-time applications and software optimization. I have worked for more than 25 years in various software development projects in different companies just because of business acquisitions (BNR, Nortel, Alcatel-Lucent and Nokia). My experience touches on a wide span of areas in software development. For example- writing new device drivers to optimize data exchange processor boards - restructuring software architecture of a subsystem to increase processing capacity - inventing new scheduling scheme to cloud-based applications to meet real-time requirements - creating new software testing framework to optimize product validation I'm a dependable and reliable technical leader, and am able to provide a steady hand and a calm head in high pressured environments. I'm especially strong in communicating technical ideas in both oral and written forms, and am good in fostering and moderating collaborative efforts where ideas can be brainstormed, discussed, analyzed and critiqued in order to make the best technical and pragmatic decisions.
