I am currently pursuing my clinical fellowship in Endocrinology at City of Hope Medical Center. My path to medicine was shaped by a strong foundation in biomedical engineering and a passion for patient-centered care. I earned both my B.S. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a focus on Medical Devices from the University of Southern California, then worked as a Senior Design Quality Engineer II at MicroVention (Terumo), a neurovascular device company in Tustin, CA.Driven by a desire to have a more direct impact on patients' lives, I pursued my medical degree at the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX. I went on to complete my Internal Medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center, where I served a diverse patient population and developed a passion for complex endocrine pathologies.My clinical interests include diabetes technology, thyroid disease, endocrine oncology, and pituitary disorders. I am especially inspired by the intersection of engineering and medicine—leveraging technology to optimize endocrine care and improve health outcomes.
