About Bappaditya Mallick

As a Manager, I look after digital journey for Loan product. Earlier as a Business Analyst, I configured digital loan journeys on the LOS and policy rules on the BRE for a digital lending ecosystem. I applied my data science skills to analyze and optimize the lending processes and outcomes, using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau. Before that, I worked as an Application Engineer at Johnson Controls and a Solution Engineer at Siemens, where I gained six years of experience in energy audit, consulting, modeling, and decarbonization projects. I helped various industrial, commercial, and residential clients reduce their energy consumption and carbon footprint, using methods such as M&V, ESCO, and EDA. I have a B-Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from Mallabhum Institute of Technology, and I have completed multiple certifications in data visualization and analysis. I am passionate about finding innovative and sustainable solutions for the BFSI sector, using my analytical and technical skills.
