About Baptiste Devocelle

After almost 10 years accompanying health professionals in a hospital, I am looking for a new experience that fits with my choice to live in Berlin. My main strength? The ability to lead an IT project from the first "I need this" to the go-live, including economical monitoring like ROI or formation to final users. My vision? The value brought by a project is always measured by the value brought to the final users, regarding the enterprise strategy. I always remember what a very important mentor once told me: If you miss the deadline, you will be blamed for 6 months. If the budget exceeds what you planned, you'll be blamed for a year. But if you choose the wrong solution, you'll be blamed for life. My philosophy? Being successful depends on how you consider each person of the project. I like transversal processes and projects because beyond the complexity it leads to speak, to learn and to conciliate with a lot of different people. I am also an expert in the organization of the operating theater (including anesthesia) with a very wide knowledge about hospital in general. I made several communications about these subjects: French national surgery nurse congress, French national one-day surgery congress, courses in EHESP, etc.
