Today at onepoint, I provide guidance and support using the agile mindset, principles and methods (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, soft skills.) and run training sessions. I have built my experience and skills about a universal ground: Internet. Whether in the field of network operators/ISP (Easynet) or that of « pure players » (Dalenys). As Technical Manager then Deputy CTO at Dalenys, I actively contributed to the building and launch of the payment division and the MPLS network backbone, as well as the evolution of the technical staff J'apporte aujourd’hui un soutien organisationnel aux clients de onepoint grâce aux approches et cadres agiles (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, savoir-être…) et j’anime des sessions de formation. Auparavant, j'ai forgé mon expérience et mes compétences autour d'un socle universel : Internet. Que ce soit dans le milieu des FAI/opérateurs (Easynet), ou celui des « pure players » (Dalenys, ex-Rentabiliweb). En tant que responsable technique puis directeur technique adjoint chez Dalenys, j'ai activement contribué à la création et au lancement de son établissement de paiement Be2bill (désormais intégré chez Natixis), ainsi qu'à l'évolution de son organisation technique et à la constitution de ses équipes.
