Welcome! I’m Baptiste — a rich journey, multiple passions… and one same drive: to guide those who want to move forward with meaning, integrity, and authenticity. Trained in hospitality excellence (UEA Norwich, FERRANDI, finalist for MOF Receptionist), I grew from restaurant service to management before becoming an internal trainer at Center Parcs and founding Healtel® Consulting. Today, I help tourism and hospitality professionals grow, manage their teams more effectively, and strengthen both their posture and their image — through a pedagogy that is concrete, human, and impactful. But that’s only one part of what I do. I also offer Tarot Coaching — an intuitive and symbolic approach to help you gain clarity, step back, and make aligned choices. This isn’t fortune-telling — simply using the cards as a mirror for reflection, self-listening, and action. And because I love creating, I launched Baptiste Webdesign to support freelancers and entrepreneurs in building their websites — with real attention to meaning, identity, and the image they want to convey.
