Started my career as a Technical Support Representative resolving issues related to Desktop and Internet. Moved in to IT Healthcare company as a Java developer and then into project management and application development and gained about 6 years experience. Leading and managing projects in hospitals from original concept to final implementation. Projects handled are across various locations in India and Overseas. Currently working for Sakra Work Hospital an Indo/Japanese hospital were my primary role includes application and integration of information technology in the healthcare setting. Serve as a liaison between the IT department and operations to align system design with operational processes. This includes data collection, workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, and support. Participating in application deployment and procedure documentation. Ensures that the software build meets organizational goals and external mandates such as HIPAA and Meaningful Use.
